Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound client inquiries and diligently follow up on warm marketing leads.
  • Coordinate and conduct comprehensive site visits for prospective homebuyers at our project.
  • Present project features, amenities, floor plans, and pricing structures effectively.
  • Guide customers through negotiations, booking procedures, and documentation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 1 to 3+ years of proven track record in real estate sales.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills (Telugu & English).
  • Availability: Goal-oriented mindset with immediate joining preferred.
